Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed once we receive and check the item.

If your badge is faulty, we’ll cover the return postage; otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

If we contact you for more information regarding your return and we do not receive a response within 7 days, the request will be closed (you may reopen this if you need to)
