What is the return policy?
We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds are processed once we receive and check the item.
If your badge is faulty, we’ll cover the return postage; otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Items that take more then 10 working days to arrive are subject to a full refund.
If we contact you for more information regarding your return and we do not receive a response within 7 days,the request will be closed (you may reopen this if you need to)
Orders can’t be cancelled after dispatch - please request a return once your item arrives.
UK: Orders usually arrive within 5–7 working days after dispatch. If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 working days, you’re eligible for a full refund.
INTERNATIONAL: Orders are expected to arrive within 5-9 working days after dispatch. If your order hasnt arrived within 20 Working days, you're eligble for a full refund
